Be Still

At a prayer meeting recently  our pastor asked us to sit quietly and hear what the Lord had to say to us. As I complied I heard a still small voice saying “Be Still.”

Hmmm- be still in your worries, be still in your anxiety, be still in your to-do-list, be still in your……(fill in your need) and know that He is Lord. He is Lord over all your cares and worries and endless tasks. He has the power to actually take care of whatever is on your heart and mind. Be still, cast your cares and needs on Him because He is able and know that He is Lord!!
