Perfect Peace

John 16:33  I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.

Peace- this is a word I am hearing in my spirit. As we know, we are living in tumultuous times with wars and rumors of wars surrounding us, peace is difficult to obtain. The world (instagram, news, etc) is doing everything possible to steel our peace. But Jesus calls us higher to trust in Him, rest in Him and His peace. 

This is something we must be intentional to pursue. Be intentional to turn the TV off, be intentional to be in the Word, be intentional seeking the Lord in prayer and as you do you will sense peace and calm coming over you. 

Peace is a Fruit of the Spirit so as you press into the Lord his peace will push the fear and anxiety from your mind. My prayer for you is that you will experience the peace that surpasses understanding in the midst of our chaotic world. Share with us how we can pray for you.

2 Thessalonians 3:16 ~ Now may the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times in every way. The Lord be with you all.

Isaiah 26:3 ~ You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you.
